Once you become a registered user, you're automatically enrolled in the customer rewards program and will start earning points with every order. Each dollar spent on products from equals 1 point and every 100 points you accumulate equals $1.00 off your next purchase! Become a registered user
To enroll in the Customer Rewards Program you will need to create an account, if you do not already have one.  This can be done during the checkout process by selecting create an account.  
Buy quality products at
Only individuals who have registered will be able to gain and redeem points.  Once you are logged into your account using your Email Address and Password, you are ready to start shopping.  After you add your items, proceed to checkout.  Your rewards points earned for each order will only show on your account after it has been paid in full. To redeem your points on an order, simple choose "Use all available points" or "Use only some points" at checkout under "Use Points to Pay."
  • Reward points are only earned when you are logged into your account. 
  • Reward points are only earned for dollars spent on products. 
  • Dollars spent on shipping and sales tax do not qualify towards rewards points. 
  • An order placed as a 'guest' will not earn reward points.
How do I earn points? 
  • New accounts created will be awarded 500 points to use on a future purchase.
  • Remember: If you have multiple accounts, points may not be combined.  Please use the same account (same email address & same password) each time you make a purchase.
  • Login to your account and shop all of our great products.
  • You will earn 1 point for each dollar you spend on products purchased. (Note: you will not earn points for dollars spent on shipping or sales tax). 
  • Customer Rewards Program is for online purchases only, phone orders are not applicable. 
Example: If you spend $125.00 on Stephenson Soap Embeds and your shipping total is $25.00, your total payment would be $150.00. You would earn 125 points from that purchase.  
Earn additional points by writing a product and/or a site review
  • Share your thoughts about the products that you've purchased with fellow shoppers while logged into your account
  • Share your thoughts about the new website.
  • Let us know your thoughts, tell us about the pros and cons. 
  • For all approved product and site reviews you will earn 10 points. 
  • Reviews are not automatically posted.  Each review must be approved prior to posting.
How do I redeem my points?
  • Login to your account, make your purchase selection and proceed to checkout.  Here you will have an option to pay with your points.
  • Select how many points you would like to use, and then continue the checkout process. 
  • For every 100 points redeemed, one dollar will be subtracted from the total amount due.
  • Reward points are redeemable from a single account only. You cannot combine reward points from multiple accounts.   
Example: If you spend $125.00 on Stephenson Soap Embeds, and your shipping total is $25.00 the total would be $150.00. You decide to redeem 500 points.  500 points would equal $5.  Your remaining balance would be $145.00 ($150.00 - $5.00= $145.00).

If I already order from, do I need to create a new account?
Customers, who have a record with an Email Address and Password, already have the necessary account. You must use the same account (same email address and same password) for your points to accumulate.
What is the point break down?
You will earn 1 point for each dollar you spend on products purchased. (Note: you will not earn points for dollars spent on shipping or sales tax). For every site and product review, you will receive 10 Customer Reward Points.
How do I view my accumulated points?
To view your points you will need to login to your account.  Your Reward Points balance will appear at the top of the screen of the "My Account" page.
Do I have to be a registered user?
Yes.  Becoming a registered user allows our system to assign and track your points.  If you are not a registered user or you did not sign in to your account, our system will not be able to assign and track your reward points.
How do I redeem my points?
Login to your account at and proceed to shop as you normally would.  At checkout you will see an option to redeem your points.  Use the drop-down menu to select "Use all available points" or "Use only some points."  The amount will then be subtracted from your total.
What's the 'fine print'?
  • Points will only be earned and applied to orders that originate from while customers are logged into their accounts. 
  • For a customer to receive the credit, they must be logged into their account and select the option to redeem their reward points, during the checkout process. 
  • If the customer does not select to redeem their points, the points continue to accumulate.
  • Combining points between multiple accounts is prohibited. 
  • Orders placed as a 'guest' do not qualify to receive reward points.
  • This program is void where prohibited by law. reserves the right to modify or cancel this program at any time and without cause or notice. Points are not redeemable for cash.
