Enhance your soap with a professional
presentation--shrink wrap it! Unlike other packaging methods, shrink
wrapping allows you to place labels directly on the product without
defacing the soap. Shrink wrap protects bars of soap from scratches,
dents, and fingerprints.
We offer two types of shrink wrap
film: PVC film and Polyolefin film. PVC film restricts soap
fragrances from flowing through the wrapping. This is particularly
useful with melt and pour soaps by sealing the product allowing no
moisture into the package. Polyolefin film allows fragrances to seep
through the shrink wrap. This works best with cold process soap
where moisture has no affect on the product.

With the 8" system, shrink wrapping an average
size bar of soap takes approximately 20 seconds to shrink
wrap. Simply place the soap in the bag underneath the arm of
the impulse heater, which seals and cuts the bag down to the
size of the soap. The heat gun is then used to shrink the
plastic bag for a tight fit around the soap. Works well with
both rectangular and odd-shaped
bars.

multiple bars of CP soap in a single movement by
using the shrink wrap wand. Simply lay your
products in a grid, then use the wand between each
row and column of soap bars to seal multiple bars
at once. Use the heat gun to shrink the PVC
or Polyolefin Film around each bar. If you
are selling large quantities of soap, this is the
shrink wrap system for you. Polyolefin film will
allow you to smell the scent through the shrink
wrap.
