Fragrance Oil Modifier
enables you to take most any essential oil or fragrance oil and blend
them with water while remaining clear. You can also use this product to
blend EOs or FOs into you water based shampoos, lotions, soaps and
linen waters. 
Directions: Blend 3 to
4 parts Fragrance Oil Modifier
with 1 part fragrance oil or essential oil. You now have a modified
fragrance you can add to water that will
remain crystal clear. |
