This mold is 4 of our 36" loaf molds on one base sheet. It comes with 4 dams, one for each loaf, which can be inserted in each loaf to divide them and make smaller quantities. This is the ultimate tool for the professional soap maker.
Precision Soap Molds are specially created to make soap making easier. They are precision machined to snap together without hinges or screws, so there's no hardware to rust out or lose. This soap mold is custom constructed with smooth HDPE (High Density Polyethylene). It does not require the sides to be lined for melt and pour, cold process, or hot process soap. We suggest using a sheet of PETG plastic (included with the mold) to line the bottom for all types of soap. The HDPE is also heat-resistant and can be placed in the oven for hot process soap making. To unmold your soap, simply remove the sides and ends of the mold, slide off the loaf and peel off the plastic sheet. You're now ready to cut your bars!
