New Easy Lotion is a lotion base made using high levels of Sunflower Oil, and rich in Vitamin E. Easy Lotion is fully formulated and ready to go! All you need to do is just simply add the color, fragrance, essential oils and additives of your choice! No thickening required!

Processing Instructions Converting Easy Lotion into a finished product
  1. Add required amount of Easy lotion to a beaker.
  2. Using a suitable stirring utensil add color, fragrance and or oils as required (up to 3% extra oil can be added, recommended fragrance level up to 1% fragrance dependent). Stir for 5 - 10 minutes or until all the added ingredients have fully dispersed (Do not stick blend or high shear oils into product). N/B – For larger production batches, processing should be scaled up appropriately. Consideration will need to be given to stirring equipment and appropriate filling equipment.
  3. Fill into the required containers.
  4. Take sample for microbiological testing both before and after filling
Please note:
  • Like all water based personal care products, Lotion Base is susceptible to microbial contamination, even though it has passed microbial preservative challenge testing. Good hygiene and good manufacturing practices must be carried out when using this product at all times.
  • Like all lotions your formulations should first pass stability testing and microbial preservative challenge testing before you manufacture them.
