Standard Bodywash or Shampoo
Ingredients—Ingredients should be
added in the following order:
(See chart for specific amounts
to be added)
1. Liquid Crystal Concentrate
2.
Fragrance
(As required)
Mix well between additions (See
manufacturing tips)
3. Water
4.
Preservative
(See manufacturing tips)
If you wish to add a
Conditioning Additive,
color or
Q-Pearl,
this is the time to add them.
Once your additives are fully mixed, it is time
to add the salt to thicken the formula.

Salt should be added to the amount shown in the
table above. (As
required)
Adjust pH if required (See
manufacturing tips)

To add salt as a solution, dissolve 1 part salt
to 2 parts hot water. Parts are determined by
weight, (example: 1oz/28 gm salt to 2oz/56gm
water. Add this mixture a little at a time to
increase viscosity. Trials will be needed to
establish the correct amount to add. Normal
usage levels are 5-6% of the total formulation
weight

Do not add too much salt solution or the product
will go cloudy!

is not designed to be used undiluted. It
should be diluted as per our guidelines;
otherwise in its undiluted form it may cause
skin irritation
Standard Bubble Bath
To create bubble bath, simply add an additional
portion of water, (32oz for the 50oz batch or
64oz to the 100oz batch) and stir to mix
completely. Then add an additional portion of
salt, (28gm for the 50oz batch or 56gm for the
100oz batch) and stir to thicken.
